The Hotel Kabuki is located a 10-15 minute walk from the Smith Kettlewell office. For your convenience and comfort, we will provide a shuttle bus from the hotel to the meeting, and the meeting back to the hotel each day. In addition, on Thursday, March 21st, we will provide shuttle bus service from the meeting to the Networking Reception. The bus holds 28 passengers, so depending on demand, the shuttle may make several round trips to accommodate all of our attendees. Thank you for your patience! There will be a sign posted in the lobby of the hotel as a designated meeting spot for the shuttle. Please arrive at the lobby meeting spot at least 5 minutes before departure. If you are departing San Francisco on Friday Evening after the meeting, we strongly recommend you make advance arrangements to get to the airport.
Friday afternoon traffic can be very difficult, and sometimes impossible to get a taxi!
If you have a flight to catch, please make your own arrangements with one of the airport shuttle companies who can pick you up and transfer you to the airport. Here area few:
